
The public organization “Academy Dronarium”, which is registered and operates in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter – “Dronarium”), undertakes obligations regarding the protection of personal data of all individuals who visit this website (hereinafter – the “Site”), and therefore strives to safeguard the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an identified or identifiable natural person), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for each user of the Site.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) establishes the procedure by which Dronarium processes personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which such personal data are used, Dronarium’s interaction with third parties, security measures for the protection of personal data, conditions for access to personal data, as well as the user’s contact information for obtaining access, making changes, blocking, or deleting their personal data and for addressing any questions a user may have regarding personal data protection practices.
When a user accesses the Site, Dronarium processes the user’s data, namely:

All logins to the system are recorded when visiting the Site. Other information regarding the user’s traffic is not processed or stored. In any case, if information that is not mandatory to provide is requested, the user will be notified at the time of collection.
Dronarium does not collect personal data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in trade unions, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of unique identification of an individual, health-related data, or data concerning an individual’s sex life or sexual orientation.
Dronarium collects data on Site visit statistics. This information may include details about the connection, traffic, the user’s browser, as well as the date, time, duration of Internet activity, and the user’s location on the Site.
The processing and storage of the provided personal data are carried out in data centers where the equipment supporting the operation of the Site’s services is located.
The provided personal data are processed and may be stored in the personal data database or a separate table of the Site’s database. The location of personal data storage and processing is: Ukraine, Kyiv, 7/14 Akademika Bohomoltsia Street.
The user’s personal data are used for the purposes of providing the Site’s Internet services, exchanging information/news, and managing relationships in the areas of advertising and communication.
Personal data are retained no longer than necessary for the purposes of their processing. Once a personal data subject ceases to be a user of the Site by deleting their account on the Site, their personal data are also automatically deleted.

Dronarium informs users of their rights as personal data subjects, regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” namely:
1) To know the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of its processing, the location or residence (or place of stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or to issue a corresponding authorization for obtaining this information to authorized persons, except in cases established by law;
2) To receive information about the conditions for access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data are transferred;
3) To access their personal data;
4) To receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request (except in cases provided by law), a response indicating whether their personal data are being processed, as well as to obtain the content of such personal data;
5) To submit a motivated request to the personal data owner objecting to the processing of their personal data;
6) To submit a motivated request regarding the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner or controller of personal data if such data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate.
7) To protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage, including due to intentional concealment, failure, or untimely provision, as well as protection from providing information that is inaccurate or harms the honor, dignity, or business reputation of the individual;
8) To file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or with a court;
9) To exercise legal remedies in the event of violations of personal data protection legislation;
10) To make reservations regarding restrictions on the processing of their personal data when giving consent;
11) To withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;
12) To know the mechanism of automated personal data processing;
13) To be protected against automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.
